MPORTANT!
READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL CAREFULLY!
Charge the battery at least 16 hours before first usage!
Fix the calf by straping before using the Buddex! Attend to the national animal welfare
regulations (i. e. benumb the animal)
Taking the Buddex into action for the first time or after a long break, it is necessary
to make a first exertion on a piece of wood. After that trial the Buddex will reach the
proper heat!
Press the Buddex with effort against the onset of the bud an turn it several times
round the axis after 5 seconds
During a dehorning period of 6,5 seconds the red controll-LED burns. If you loose the
contact to the calf (i. e. because of movement) during this period you have to wait
until the red LED disappears, otherwise the buddex will not work
The animal must be dehorned during their 8th to 14th days of life!
