DEVON MANUAL SQUEEZE CRUSH Following incredible interest and large volume sales on our Ambassador squeeze crush – it was inevitable the question would arise if we could manufacture an automatic yoke version. From the yoke backwards the crush is identical to the ambassador version it is just own preference as to if would want the manual or automatic yoke. From our experience, we would suggest the automatic yoke to be more useful with faster moving beef cattle – whilst horned or slower, less reluctant animals (eg. Dairy Cattle) may be better suited to the manual yoke version. The width is still reduced by our unique system – the first of its kind to used on a cattle crush to our knowledge! Where by turning the operating wheel through a clutched/braked mechanism – the animal is securely held in place and cannot push the sides back out only by turning the wheel yourself can the sides be released or closed tighter. Due to this wheel operation, reduction is infinite between 750mm to 300mm. Suitable for most breeds from 50kg upto 1000kg N.B. Facility to add optional chin scoop, no facility for foot trimming kit.
